Marissa Duldulao is a NYC-based music and arts journalist, creative producer, and founding editor of Music She Wrote, an independent print magazine dedicated to women of color shaping hip-hop, R&B, and alternative music. Passionate about storytelling that documents culture as it unfolds, she created the magazine to amplify emerging voices and foster deeper conversations around the artists redefining today’s music landscape.

Driven by the intersection of creativity and community, Marissa specializes in long-form interviews and digital storytelling. Her documentary-style approach explores not only an artist’s work, but also the personal experiences, cultural influences, and creative processes behind it. Through her work, she is committed to creating thoughtful stories that celebrate the next generation of music and culture.
